Great taste , variety of options. Excellent location. Parking is not an issue. If you are passing by Hamilton or visiting and you are looking for Halal food or just great tasting kebabs and burgers, this is the place to be. Pricing is very reasonable and staff here speak good English and Hindi too!

Amazing food amazing staff. Food quality and taste is excellent. The parking spaces are plenty and I always find a free spot to park. Location wise is great between the city center and the suburbs side. The tables and seats are very clean and spotless. The price is extremely reasonable and I love how generous they are with food amount. Highly recommended. Hope they stay that way being responsible priced and generous.

Once again the quality of the food, taste and the service was over and beyond!! We live in Auckland and plan our weekend trips in such a way where Sensation Chicken is our most favourite stop in Hamilton. The owner of the Fast food Chain, Azfar Sahab is the most humble person I have ever known and he always goes an extra mile by making sure that you are enjoying the food. Keep up the great work guys, in my views you deserve more than 5 stars!!

Nice chicken and flavours with the coating. We'll cooked and not fatty ,chips cooked and salted lovely. We'll priced selection. Service was good and fast.

Used to be great, but attention to detail has really gone downhill in the last 12 months and customer service has never been good - though when the food quality was good it didn't bother me. I have been a regular customer for the last few years. Curly fries are usually overcooked or not curly, just scraps. But this is what I actually came here to talk about, and it breaks my heart; the "Spicy" chicken burger never has enough chilli sauce in it. Over the last year it's barely there, the burger usually contains a decent amount of mayo though for some reason. Maybe rename the burger? This has happened too consistently for me to just be unlucky. The odd thing is that even when I have paid for extra chilli sauce in person, this has made no difference and the burger still ends up with a meagre amount on it. You would think that I would've learnt my lesson by now but apparently I hate myself because tonight I discovered they've just given up putting any chilli sauce in this burger at all!! This is a deal breaker for me so it's time for our relationship to end. Nothing is more disappointing than receiving food that isn't even spicy but advertised as such. Edit: editing my 1 star review to 3 stars as the owner has acknowledged the problem which I appreciate, and aside from the chilli sauce and poor customer service issues the burgers are decent quality. Have not been back as of yet to see if anything has changed.
